We find out about your items in a call or via your email submission. We also learn about your situation. If you're planning a move, a downsize, a cleanout, or just a closet that's had enough. We set a timeline and explain everything up front.
Once we decide to work together we charge $20.00 for a visit and we inventory and price all your stuff.
We photograph every item and do the research to find out what each one actually sells for, then we will propose a price for each item within 1 week. You see the full list before anything goes live.
On Your approval.
We get to work. Nothing gets listed without your sign-off on the items and the prices. A quick text or email is all it takes.
We route each item to where it sells best.
Big or local demand items go to local buyers for pickup. Higher value shippable items can go national for a bigger pool of buyers. You don't have to think about any of it.
We sell, handle the buyers, and pay you.
We field every message, screen buyers, coordinate the pickup or shipping, and collect payment. Your share comes to you from Sell Simple, with a clear record of what sold, for how much, and where.
